Dashboard Javascript and CSS does not correctly render on new 7.5 install

I just completed an installation of 7.5 to my test server. Now all the pages render, except the dashboard pages.

They don't render because they are running header requests like the following:
GET /dashboard/static/arch/dojo/pvdojo.js

These paths don't exist. However, if I go to /itg/dashboard/static/arch/dojo/pvdojo.js, the file renders. Being that code is looking for /dashboard, this isn't terribly useful as you might imagine.

Where is the URL path set? I have scoured server.conf, and the web.xml files for both itg.war as well as dashboard.war and have not found anything yet.

We installed this on another instance, and it worked fine. Didn't experience this issue.

Hi Alan,

Are you using a Hardware Load Balancer?

I had this same issue, and it was caused by our Hardware Load Balancer. Our Network person was able to correct by changing something on the Hardware Load Balancer. I can find out exactly what they did if needed.

I'm using a software load balancer, but I'm curious what your solution was. It may be related.

Hi Alan,

Following is the information from our network person:

If they are using Cisco CSS, in the content rule, they need to set the advanced balance option to sticky-srcip.

Turns out we needed to add a line to the workers2.properties on IIS:
[uri:/dashboard/*]
group=lb:load_balancer

I had the same problem and it was corrected at IIS and apache as you said, but I have an additional issue. I get this message with a cluster enviroment:

Web session key has expired. Please login again.

And I'm loged out
