Hi,

We are using PPM 7.1 SP8. We have added 5 contacts from workbench (Demand Mgmt->Contacts).

A user from Security Group 'Finance' is able to see/search/find these newly added contacts while creating Development Request (2.0).

However when he clicks 'Search Requests' and try to search these contacts, he is not able to see it?

I have 'ALL grants' and I could search these contacts from both 'Create Requests' & 'Search Requests'.

When I added that user to 'Project Manager' group he is also able to search. However, due to security reasons we dont want that user to be part of 'Project Manager' group.

What could be reason, that the user being not able to search contacts from 'Search Requests' but from 'Create Requests'?

Could you send the snap of Access Grants assigned to 'Project Manager' group.

I think you have to add a access grant to the Finance Person's Security Group.

Please try with the following contacts by trail and error.

Category Access Grant Name
1. Demand Mgmt Edit All Contacts
2. Demand Mgmt Edit Contacts
3. Demand Mgmt View all Contacts in Requests
4. Demand Mgmt View Contacts
