ClusterMonitor.Heartbeat Error

ClusterMonitor.Heartbeat Error

Hi Everyone,

We created two nodes in the same server (for services and for users), we defined the virtual node and registered the new services. So far so good, PPM is working in two separated services without troubles but we are getting the same error over and over in the log:

ERROR server:ClusterMonitor.HeartbeatThread:com.kintana.core.server.cluster.MulticastCommsFailureMonitor:2014/09/29-10:33:22.304 COT: jboss:service=PPM_PROD is not registered. at com.kintana.core.server.cluster.MulticastCommsFailureMonitor.getClusterPartitionBytesReceived( at com.kintana.core.server.cluster.MulticastCommsFailureMonitor.checkAllLiveNodesHeardFrom_Inner( at com.kintana.core.server.cluster.MulticastCommsFailureMonitor.checkAllLiveNodesHeardFrom(
at com.kintana.core.server.cluster.ClusterMonitor.check(
at com.kintana.core.server.cluster.ClusterMonitor.access$000(
at com.kintana.core.server.cluster.ClusterMonitor$

I don't know why this is happening, when we restart the services the PPM_PROD cluster is registered just fine and works fine. Any idea why this is happening?

Re: ClusterMonitor.Heartbeat Error

Hi Alfredo,

We are getting same error messages now. How did you solve this issue?

Re: ClusterMonitor.Heartbeat Error

We haven't solved it. PPM thinks that is a clustered environment when really is a single node divided in two nodes por share the load.

//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
