Cannot get Requests of a Certain Type

Hello!

We are in the middle of development a client for PPM RESTful web-services. The client receives the list of requests of a certain type then check each of them and put/update them in DB. Sounds easy enough. And it was till we tried to run it on live PPM server, not a test one.

On live server when we use operation 'Get Requests of a Certain Type' (

http://<server>/itg/rest/requestTypes/<id>/requests?eligible=y) we receive empty XML:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="true"?>

<ns2:requests xmlns:ns2="http://www.hp.com/ppm/dm/"/>

Besides all other operations are ok.

PPM version is the same on live and test servers (9.1.4). There are enough rights to perform this operation (other operations with same requirements are ok).

Could you suggest any solution? Is there any config that should be changed on server side, or is there any workaround?

Unfortunately, I have no access to server and no one from server engineers going to investigate this issue unless any steps will be provided.

Counting on your help.

Re: Cannot get Requests of a Certain Type

Futher investigation showed that it looks like there is no eligible requests for me, just that.

However when I use eligible=n parameter I receive next message:

There are 122865 requests to meet the search criteria, but the max allowed return requests are 10000, please modify the search criteria and search again.

Any other manipulations with parameters like start, limit, keyword had no effect. Is there any way to solve this issue?
