Bypass Decision step in workflow if value present in a field

I am trying to find a way to bypass a decision in a workflow if the certain value is available. I have a decision step for Customer Approval. After Customer clicks on the 'Approved' button, the next step is to Assign Tester. Would it be possible to bypass the Assign Tester decision step if there is already a value present in the Tester field? It should only display the 'Assign Tester' Decision when there is no value in the Tester field.

Re: Bypass Decision step in workflow if value present in a field

We use an immediate execution step to determine whether a field has a value and branch to or around the assignment decision step as appropriate. Commands to evaluate the field can look like the following:

ksc_run_sql QUERY_STRING="select decode('[REQ.P.TOKEN]', '', 'NO', 'YES') from dual" ENV_NAME="KINTANA_SERVER"
ksc_set_exit_value "[SQL_OUTPUT]"
