Bug at starting the server (PPM 9.1)

Hello I have a big issue, when the server start, we have a crash and the message:

"The following errors were found wich prevent this node starting server.conf: java.lang.NullPointerException

Node kintana sanity failed

PPM failed the pre-startup sanity checks and will not start"

Anyone have seen this error, how can I look for the reason? Any idea? Plz

Thk you

Re: Bug at starting the server (PPM 9.1)

I seems you have split you server into multiple nodes...

Check your server.conf and verify that all the noding parameters are correctly set.

Secondly try to start your server by specify the name (nodes)

sh ./kStart.sh -name=<node/server name>

Cheers..

Re: Bug at starting the server (PPM 9.1)

Hi axel,

I think you have trouble with server.conf. Did you cange anything in sever.conf ? If there is any server.conf backup file try it.

Please inform us for developments about the issue.
