According to my experience with various clients, if PPM is not used in proper way then it simply becomes a data capturing and reporting tool. With so many reporting and customization requirement of client, I think the main objective of PPM is somewhere lost.
It takes lot of effort to convince the customer and end-users for a change and start using PPM the way it should be used.
I would like to hear the experience from other forum members as well and how they handle this challenge.
