Active Content being blocked by IE in Load runner

As the IE is blocking the Active Content one particular transaction is failing very frequently. The failure rate of the transaction is 25-30% when executing a load test for 200 Users.

Hello,

Does IE blocking it for every transaction or randomly? Guess something related to your IE security settings.

What is the specific error you are getting?
Access denied (404)? HTTP 500?

Also, many organizations suppress what the network proxy thinks is "Streaming Media" - in my company that is done to prevent overloading bandwidth from people watching streaming video (such as CNN live). If your test is creating traffic t higher loads that appears to be streaming media, then that might explain the problem. Do you know your company's network policy regarding streaming media?
