We have a situation where some users are experiencing frozen screens when Word autosaves.
We first hypothesized that it may be due to user file size quotas within the area that the autosave files are saved. However with some investigation this does not seem to be the case.
This does only seem to affect TRIM documents, when files are saved locally the problem does not seem to happen.
Has anybody come across this before or have any ideas.
Not that I have an answer for you, right now, I was wondering which version of TRIM you have and which version of Office / Operating system?
Sorry I should have mentioned it.
TRIM version 22.214.171.1246
Windows XP - Microsoft Office 2007
With the majority of users accessing TRIM through Citrix
Citrix? Do the users have access to the path where the temp autosave is being placed, on the citrix server???
That's just off the top of my head.
