April 2015 Online Expert Days Schedule

The HP Software Online Expert Day is an event when HP product, R&D, Support team members and other employees join our online forums to answer customers’ toughest technical questions on specific software products. Online Expert Days give customers a chance to talk directly with the HP Experts!

 

Please join us for any or all of the Online Expert Days outlined below.

Below are the products which are hosting Online Expert Days in April 2015 – links with more information will be coming soon so stay tuned!

Please note that the above events will be held in the private forums which are visible only to those customers who have a valid Support Agreement ID (SAID) tied to their HP Passport profile and to internal users who have been granted access.  All users must be logged into the community for the private forums to be visible.  Please email swcommunity@hp.com for access.

Hi,

 

We have a process that checks to see if the SAID ( Support Agreement ID)  that is in your HP Passport profile is valid when you login to the community. If this is the case then you are given access to the entitled forums.

 

To check this please do the following:

 

 

Once you have checked or added your SAID please do the following:

  • Go to http://www.hp.com/go/hpswforums
  • Click on “Log in” , on the right hand side of your screen
  • Login using your HP Passport credentials
  • If this is the first time you access the community then you will be asked to define a screen name. This is how you will be recognized in the community.
  • Once you are in the community, click on for Data Protection ( for example, you can also click on other products where we will be conducting an expert day on)
  • You should see the a number of forums, including the Data Protector Support Customer Forum ( or if you click on another product you should see the product oriented support customer forum). This is the entitled forum that is only accessible to customers/partners with an valid SAID. In these forums we have HP Support Engineers that are monitoring the forums and ready to address your questions. Also the Expert day will be  conducted in this forum.
