Customers with support contracts were invited to join HP Software Support in an Online Expert Day for both the Operations Manager for Unix Support Customer Forum and the Operations Manager for Windows Support Customer Forum on May 3rd. HP product experts were online for 24 hours to answer questions – the event was very successful!
What is an Online Expert Day?
It is an event where HP product, R&D, support, pre-sales, professional services team members, and other employees join the online forums to answer technical questions for customers. Expert Days puts customers in direct contact with HP Experts.
How do Expert Day events work?
Starting at 6:30 a.m. Central European Time (12:30 a.m. Eastern Time), customers can log into the Support Customer Forum of the featured product, and post questions.
HP Experts will be online for 24 hours in the specified forum and will do their best to answer questions. An online conversation will be born!
To participate, customers need access to the Support Customer Forums. Access can be achieved by adding support agreement ID’s (SAID’s) to HP Passport profiles, and logging into the community.
