New Software Support Online portal launch

We are pleased to announce the new HP Software Support Online 2.0 (formerly known as SSO), coming in late September. This new online support experience will provide a number of new features and advanced capabilities designed to assist customers and partners quickly and effectively.

 

 

New Personalized dashboard - See information the way you want with your personal knowledge base view, latest service request updates, patch recommendations and more.

 

Fast, relevant Search engine - The new Faceted Search capability will quickly find the most relevant information needed to manage your environment.

 

Access the portal from any device - You can view your personal dashboard, search the knowledge base, open a new service request, or check on an open issue from any smart phone, tablet, or computer.

 

Non-technical Chat available in 10 languages - Live Chat is expanded to include 10 languages. We can help answer your non-technical support questions in real time, by someone who speaks your language and cares about your challenges.
