HP Autonomy Big Data and Marketing Optimization Support Customer Forums

Hi all,

 

Good news for customers with HP Autonomy Products in the Big Data and Marketing Optimization area. We have created entitled product oriented Support Customer Forums for those customers that have a support contract on HP Autonomy products.

 

We have attached a document ( Quick Start Guide) which will help you register and create a screen name in the community and how you can request to get access. The Quick Start Guide also provides a guidance on how to get started in the community.

 

To register and create a screen name in the community you will need a HP Passport id.

 

In a nutshell this is what you need to do ( more detailed information can be found in the attached Quick Start Guide):

  1. Go to http://www.hp.com/go/hpswforums
  2. Click on “Log in” , on the right hand side of your screen if you have a HP Passport id. If you don’t have an HP Passport id, then go to #4
  3. Login using your HP Passport credentials. Then go to #5
  4. If you don’t have an HP Passport id then click on “Register Now”. This will take you to the HP Passport area where you will be asked to fill in a number or areas. Once you have done that go to #5.
  5. If this is the first time you access the community then you will be asked to define a screen name. This is how you will be recognized in the community.
  6. Send your screen name to
  7. If you already have a screen name then send this to swcommunity@hp.com
  8. We will check your entitlement and if valid we will grant you access and send you an email. After that you will have access to the HP Autonomy Support Customer Forums.

Does this mean that, DevNet (https://community.dev.hp.com/t5/Marketing-Optimization-DevNet/ct-p/marketing_optimization) will no longer be available ?

 

How different is this as there is already a customer support site, https://customers.autonomy.com/support/secure/index.jsf.
