HP Software will be hosting an Online Expert Week on the IT Experts Community. During this week, HP Experts will host online presentations about ALM 12. Members of HP Software’s Product, R&D and Support teams will also be available on our online forums to answer customers’ toughest technical questions.
DAY 1: New Features & Functionality Presentations and forum Q& A Will be held in the ALM public forum.
DAY 2: Get to know the new release (private forum)
DAY 3: Sessions on Specific New Functionality (private forum).
HP ALM 12 includes dramatic changes to the classic ALM user interface as well as a new Web UI for requirements and defects entry. A new Business View Excel report allows simple cross-project reporting and the new BPT functionality in UFT eases development and maintenance of business process scripting. Session will include:

How to access the private support forums:
To check if you have access to the entitled forums, you first need to check if the SAID (Support Agreement ID) that is in your HP Passport profile is valid when you login to the community. Please follow these steps:
Click on “Log in” , on the right hand side of your screen
Login using your HP Passport credentials
If this is the first time you access the community then you will be asked to define a screen name. This is how you will be recognized in the community.
Once you are in the community, click on for the product forum you are interested in.
You should see the product oriented support customer forum. This is the entitled forum that is only accessible to customers/partners with a valid SAID. In these forums we have HP Support Engineers that are monitoring the forums and ready to address your questions.
