bad data when coercing sysUpTime

I'm coercing sysUpTime to type COUNTER with

My_sysUpTime
"sysUpTime to type COUNTER"
(COUNTER)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.

and collecting every half hour to get system uptime for the previous interval. The problem is that snmpCollect reports a value of 100 and a period of 1800 every time no matter what.

My snmpCol.conf entry looks like this:

MIB My_sysUpTime My_sysUpTime units EXPRESSION R
C router .1.3.6.1.* 1800 etc...

I was expecting a value of 180000 and a period of 1800.

Any thoughts?
