Is it possible to list the island group a node belongs to ?
NNMi 9.22 running on windows
yes, you can find out the nodes that belongs to Island group.
NNMi groups those nodes into island group by adding custom attribute. You can use cia.island.name to identify the names in this node group.
Moreover, you can use cia.island.numberOfNodes to determine the number of nodes in the island group.
Appreciate my efforts by hitting Kudos.
Are you referning to custom Node attribute ?
If so, we need to specify value also . Do you have any clue on that ?
No, NNMi will add this attributes to the node which falls under this island groups. And we can't modify this property in NNMi.
Moreover, I want to tell you that Island Node Groups are identified using "Island" in the Node Group Name. NNMi also assigns each Island Node Group name a number to ensure the name is unique.
