We are facing a issue with the cisco 7613 make and model
we have discovered the device in NNMi and managed all the interfaces and added to the specific interface group but after few days many of the interfaces gets removed automatically from the interface group and we miss the alerts as the interface goes to no status.
Also I could not find cisco 7613 in NNMi device support matrix, does this causing issue.
Anyone has configured this model and faced similar issue.
Re: Interface getting removed from interface group
Thats strange indeed! I've got 12 of them in my inventory and have these HP supplied profiles for that series of devices. So how did you exactly manage the interfaces ? Are they "connected" or unconnected ?
