Is it possible to configure contacts and their email and SMS details in NNM, so when NodeDown incident occurs we can send email and SMS notification.

Nope, it does not. You can look here in the forums for the key word of "blat" which is an external solution that can be used in conjunction with the "action" trigger.

All I wanted to know is it possible to setup a web-link where end-users can update contact details and same contact details can be retrieved when a incident is created and mail sent.
I only wanted to know is it possible to create a web-link within NNMi console itself?
