SM ChatOps Participants retrieve logics

In case SM is integrated with slack, when you create a major incident in the SM web client or windows client, SM will create a room(Channel) in slack, and invite all of the stake-holders(we call it SM ChatOps Participants) to the room.  By default the eamil will send to the Primary Contact person, the Assignee, the assignment group, and config admin groups for the Primary Affected Service and the affected service. However you can adjust the default configurations by yourself. Here is the guide for the details of the configuration.
