After this session, it was time for HP Customers to take to the stage. The audience heard from Schlumberger and how automation helps standardize and automatically remediate tons of alerts. The afternoon session closed with a customer panel session including Lloyds Banking Group, British Telecom (BT) and Automation Logic who had an interactive session on best practices for using HP CAM solutions.
In the evening the attendees were invited to join a tram tour of Prague which wove through the streets of the city and ended up at the Palace which overlooks the city. Dinner was served and we took this opportunity to share some Shining Star Awards. First up were Lloyds Banking Group, who received the award for “Most complete implementation of an integrated CAM solution”. Following this Turkcell received an award for “Most complete implementation of HP Operations Orchestration”. Finally Sopra Steria stepped up to receive their award which was for “Most innovative Partner using CAM in a cross ITOM solution”.
