Installing the SAM Best Practice Package in AM 9.32. I get a message after I select the database I want and enter the password I get the message Database is Not Reachable! any ideas?

Could you give us more details on this ? May be a snapshot can help ? Which SAM package did you install ?
What is the build of the AM 9.32 you are using ?
Is your database local or remote ?
Looks like this is a known issue for some of the versions of Asset Manager and it has been reported to the LABS.
You could provide more environment details :
AM version and build :
OS version :
Are you accessing the Web client or Win client ?
If it is the Web client, then environmental details about the same.
Does it happen with Admin user or any other user as well ?
Also snapshots of the error can help .
