Connect-It : Recurring email message will be triggered when no email address in Exchange Server
Currently we have configured the email notification using Connect-It for HP Service Manager.
But I faced the issue that the recurring email message will be triggered when the user's email address is no longer in Exchange Server. And causing flooding to the system mailbox.
For example, the user has resigned. His email address is not longer in the Exchange Server. When the notification is sent to this person in the HP Service Manager using Connect-It. Our system mailbox will get flooding by the email.
