Trouble Registering Emails into HPE RM from Group (Shared) Email Accounts
We have an issue where HPE RM users who have access to both their own personal work email account and one or more “group” email accounts are experiencing issues when trying to drag and drop or catalogue emails from the group email account into HPE RM. The issues being experienced are that it is either taking a long time (approximately 30 seconds) to register the emails into HPE RM, or it freezes HPE RM and requires the user to close HPE RM through Windows Task Manager.
These issues are not experienced when registering an email from their personal work email account into HPE RM, or if the user drags and drops the email to their desktop first, then drags and drops it into HPE RM.
Has any other organisation experienced this behaviour. If so, I'd be very interested to hear if you were able to resolve it, and if so, how?

Shared mailboxes have been listed in the limitation list for some time, the is due to the way exchange handles emails - they are a single entity so what one user edits will be reflected across all users.
The workaround is to move\copy emails from the shared mailbox to your personal mailbox or to windows file location.
