My organisation is stuck in a holding pattern while we wait to upgrade to either implement Outlook 2010 or upgrade to Groupwise 8. In the meantime, for various reasons, we have to upgrade to TRIM 7.1 - which will most likely need to occur prior to the email upgrade. TRIM 7.1 doesn't support Groupwise 7... BUT... just wondering if anyone has done this anyway? How has it gone?
My organisation has been running with GroupWise 7 and TRIM 7.21 for approx 9mnths now (about to go to Outlook 365). We experience an intermittent error when viewing some emails, however continued attempts will see the email open. Apart from this - no major issues.
