Please confirm what version of the Cell Server patch that you have. From the MS-DOS prompt on the Cell Manager
cd \Program Files\Omniback\bin
According to lab case notes, this is an identified problem, and was fixed with DPWIN_00664 ('bsm -ver' should return Build version 409)
Now, I looked at the patch description for this patch, and did not see anything that discussed this problem, so, if you are on the correct patch build, then you will need to open a case, and refer to QCCR2A36678, which is supposed to have fixed this problem
Thanks for the reply. I feel this error is coming after upgrading my patch level. 2 weeks back only I upgraded latest patches as I am facing issue in not able to import NDMP tape. As per HP support engineer upgraded the latest patches but that issue is also still remaining and new issue also came up.
