If you don't use encryption, either DP Software Encryption or LTO hardware
encryption, then it should fine to delete all keystore data.
In order to make a backup copy of any data in the keystore try the command... `omnikeytool -export 2014_01-03_keys.csv -all`
Whether that command works or not continue...
Stop DP `omnisv -stop` (assuming DP is not clustered) Make a safe filesystem copy of the $OMNIHOME\db40\keystore directory. Delete everything in the $OMNIHOME\db40\keystore directory. Start DP `omnisv -start` `omnidbcheck -keystore` - this makes a new empty keymap.idx file. Re try `omnidbcheck -keystore` If it runs without failure try an IDB backup.
For anyone reading this who does use Encryption, this probably is not the right process for you, without modification.
