Workflow email norifications for a rollback to activity

Hi,

I am new to workflow and have set up a workflow for our leave applications. One of the results in the second activity is 'Incomplete Form' and it rolls back to activity 1. The only problem is that the assignee at activity 1 doesn't get an email notification to tell them that it has been rolled back. Does anyone know how to change this?

In the properties > options for the workflow activity , do you have 'When it becomes ready to start' ticked under 'Email notifications required for this Activity'? Once that is ticked, you should be all hunky dory. I always have this option ticked instead of 'When it is assigned' as the assignee will then get an email as soon as the activity is ready for their action, rather than when it was originally assigned.

Hi,

I have got the similar issue on TRIM 6.2.2. I double checked the event "When it becomes ready to start" is selected and deselect "when it is assigned". But there is no sign of email to notify the rollback activity becomes ready.

Please anyone can help me out on this issue.
