Hello Jason,

I would be surprised if it was supported, specially 64bit. But your best bet is to look in the HP TRIM specification and limitations documentation on the cd.

I think you will find only HP TRIM 7 will be supported on a Windows 7 64bit client.

Yes, 6.2.4 1240 was tested against and is supported with Windows 7.

It was not documented in the TRIMSpec and no correction was made to the document retrospectively, but R&D/QA confirmed that it was tested and supported.

Unfortunatly  I need some solid confimation from An official HPdocument before I can go ahead with this install. Has there been any update to any documentaion online?

Jason,

I’ve attached the HP TRIM Compatibility Matrix. Technically TRIM 6.25 only supports Windows 7 and even that is not a 64-bit app so if your plan is to deploy TRIM 6.24 on a Windows 7 x64 platform …..

But if Grundy says it’s supported then I guess it’s supported :smileyhappy:

Yep Terry, it's supported. :smileyhappy:

Jason, do you know who has that support case yet? I'll make sure you get the right email.

One sure fire way we can assure compatibility is to suggest trim 7.1 :smileywink:

Also people may want to check here. Somehow I dont think this is correct as it would include all 6.2 builds
