One of our HPRM 8.1. 1 Users is unable to access any record in HRPM. The login is Active, Profile Network loging is ticked, associatons are correct (e.g other users that can access the records). We have reinstalled HPRM and We are not getting any errors. When searching for any record, only gets Metadata of the record (No the properties box) - see attachment. User is unable to expand and navigate folders or access the records. Any suggestions - what am i missing?
