Trying to implement Trim 6.2.5 in a XenApp environment consisting of Windows 2008R2 servers.
For all users on the server when trying to access the Offline Records, the following error is recieved:
An error occurred obtaining offline folders. An error occured accessing the repository for Offline Records. Class not registered (#80040154)
I have looked up this error and found reference to Windows 7 machines experiencing this error - http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Client-Support/Issue-with-Offline-Records-on-Windows-7-Pro-32-bit/td-p/2398059
Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
This error will occur when the Offline Records path has not been configured for that user correctly.
Have you customised the Offline Records path registry key?
If the user logs off then back on, or just closes and reopens TRIM, does it start working again? (After accessing Offline Records via their favourites/shortcuts)
