I have just noticed in a container the last two records added are number xxx/19 and xxx/21. These two records were created an hour apart, but I cannot find record xxx/20. Has anyone come across this before? [TRIM 18.104.22.1686]
Yes we have come across this issue. It happens when a user is saving a record and has got to the point of the registration process where they have the formatted record number screen and the number has been allocated to the record (e.g. xxx/20). If they then cancel the registration process for whatever reason but in the meantime another user has registered a record (e.g. xxx/21) then xxx/20 will not exist. We have tested this scenario.
