What is the best way to assign actions to more than one person?
I was hoping you could assign a group with members but that doesn't seem to work.
What do others do?
Assign it to positions and have multiply people associated to the position,

Do individuals within the positions receive email notification or does the position only receive an emai? (assuming it has an email address)?
Just the default positon so you need to get group emails created for them and add the people in to these groups, or this is how it was last time I tested it.
But give it a go :)
