device not import shows error "radia web server busy"

Hi All,
I am using OVCCM 2.1,whem i importing device it shows an error Radia Web Server Busy-No thread aviable.i restart all the services of portal, but problem is same.

please reply me ASAP replies get 10 points

how do you import the device? how many devces you are importing at once?
hardware specs?

Keep your points.
It's likely that you configured your system to perform network discovery and it is taking some time to complete.
After that take a look at the log files for more detailed information.

Hi all,
Actualy i am importing device by giving ip address but after few minutes it shows an error "Radia web server busy no thread available"

I also check the logs file in configure>support download log files but after unzip it shows blank.

help me .

You can not use ip addresses, you should use hostnames.
Understand that this is a ldap service and dot notation often fails.

Abhinav,

Are you seeing this with the Manual import option? This does support import via hostname or ip address, but it sounds like the HP CM Portal service is busy. If you look in the Services control panel, does it say the HP OpenView CM Portal service is still starting? If so, try stopping and starting the service, or rebooting the server.
