I tried to do an image upload, after running the prepwiz and rebooting, I boot off the "capture CD", the system boots off the CD and downloads the linux program (rootfs.gz I think), It then says "Launching Linux kernel....." and then nothing happens,it just hangs up there. I'm doing this on MS Virtual PC. If I use the OS manager CD from radia v5 enterprise it works no problem and the image successfully uploads to the server. Is it a VPC and linux compatibility issue with HPCA standard 7.2 capture CD or is there something I missed?
ah yes it's a virtual PC issue. for now I'll just use the older version to help upload images since that seems to work fine. I tested the capture cd on a laptop and it booted up the linux kernel. Thanks again Karl!
