agent installation error

agent installation error

hi all,

on deploying ccm agent on a remote device the folowing error message appears:-

rma install job ended. rc:ok; result is :{{rma installed}}

all the prerequsites are met,can you please figure out as to what am i missing and how can this be rectified?

i request you all to respond, its a matter of urgency.

Sorry but this is too vague for me.
There are two parts to agent deployment.
RMA and the agent it's self.
Agent deployment/installation uses IPC/RPC activity and if it fails it's often due to network or target security.
I'd check the target device to see what it looks like or attempt to review the CCM logs.

Can you verify that the client side machine can ping the server address which is stored in the novadigm/managementportal/etc/rmp.cfg LISTENING_ADDRESS value

after RMA is deployed, RMA will attempt to download the client via HTTP using the address specified in the LISTENING_ADDRESS value.
