SAC 7.8 Self-Service Manager. Invalid license

Hi!

There is one problem with Application Self-Service Manager. When I attempt to start tool, this message appears:
"Server rejected Agent identity (Invalid license). The session will be terminated".

This situation appears not for all agents but for the few. All client computers are Windows XP.
The count of installed agents is less than count of agents in registered license.

What is the reason for this problem and how to correct this?

Hi,

Could you specify the agents this happens for vs the agents which this doesn't happen for? Also, could you post the log where you see this message? Thank you.

Hi!

I'm really sorry for reply delay.

I cannot specify what kind of difference I must search between problems and working agents for. Is it difference in OS version? Or working services? Or installed application? Could you specify the critical area for this situation?

This message appear as a dialog window when I started Application Self-Service Manager.
I can obtain the agents log only on next week. So, could you prompt me what logs (files,events, etc) I must looking for?
