RADIA PATCH MANAGER UPGRADE

Has anyone upgraded to the latest version of Patch Manager and experienced multiple reboots for a single planned connection ? It appears that QChain is not being applied and every security update that requires a reboot reports an error code 811 and responds to the RADIA hreboot=P switch. We patch overnight and need to shutdown all machines after they have connected. This means when the user logs on the next day subsequent unplanned connections are made for each outstanding update causing major disruption.

Re: RADIA PATCH MANAGER UPGRADE

I saw that when nvdkit and the patch agent were not at the latest versions. Although I saw it when patch was at an older version and nvdkit was at 427.

Re: RADIA PATCH MANAGER UPGRADE

Hi Gary,

Refer to RAM guide Page 301 for Multiple reboots..

You can also specify hreboot=N in your radskman command of timer or the notify command.
