The PC don´t report hardware/software information on my CCM server. I don´t know how resolve this problem. The software managment is already install suceesfull in the PC´s, but don´t send information hardware and software.
The CCM documenation is pretty good on how to implemenet Inventory. See pages 61 and 160. If your system is running slow I need to understand the platform it is on. Have you met the platfrom requirements as documented on page 31?

dear nacho, you can inventory with the usage manager the application which is installed.
the main work is to define the search criteria.
for my understanding usage manager is a classical positive list search. so when you identify the application name in your regestrie whith the next scan you will post this information into the database of the usage manager.

basic is a criteria. they can be included in a rules.
rules should be a way to manage groups of search results.
rules can be combined to a set.
filter examples are on page 67
usbinvn.exe is the one which works on the client side for collections.
Inventory for specific software is doable using the RIM client and custom AUDIT Services. Hopefully the Radia Inventory Guide can provide sufficient information. I don't believe that CCM provides for custom auditing. You may want to consider using the Application Usage feature of CCM though.
