Patch acquisition.not working....PLZ Help out

Dear all ,

I hav started the patch acquisition...but its not showing any thing in the patches acquired list.....
please find the attachment for the same....
please help me out....

First of all you appear to be acquiring patch from multiple vendors during the same process. Refering to the RPM guide i see that HP recommends that you only acquire from one vendor at a time. Not sure if you are using Patch manager from CCM are the full blown OVCM - maybe there is a difference - but i would recommend that you keep things simple and only acquire from one vender at a time.

As for your issue...
Do a search for "Error downloading http:" in your patch acquire log and you will see that you are having problems downloading certain key files. Take these urls and see if you can access the files on a normal pc. Maybe you need to review your proxy settting to allow these files through.
