No records found in REPORTING in PATCH VIEW BULLETINS

Hi,
I've installed Patch Manager 3.0 with Reporting by Infrastructure 4.2. I downloaded ms06* patches, so i have in my table NVD_BULLETIN from PATCH 17 records, in Reporting appears:

Compliance Summary
Managed Devices: 0
Managed Bulletins: 17
Last Acquisition: 2006-05-08 21:01:02
****
But when clic in "View Bulletin Compliance" link. I get "NO RECORDS FOUND FOR SEARCH CRITERIA" but if i clic in "View Acquisition Summary" i can see some information about it.

Any idea why i cant see the bulletin compliance???

Hi Edgar,

In my case, my View Bulletin Complinace page was empty because I haven't deploy any service to any clients. so try to deploy it and run the service on the client. then make sure your RMS configuration for patch is correct (mine was wrong before).

After that, my case solved.

Eric is probably correct.
The primary indication is that your Managed Device count is 0.
That implies there have been no client connections and without the Patch Discovery Service deployed you will not see any Compliance reporting.

Hi Edgar,

You need to run Discover Patch first & check the reports in RRS.If reports are not updating then you need to check the RMS configuration.
