Hardware/Software Discovery fail

Hello. I have installed HP Openview CCM 2.0 and I am trying to monitoring Windows XP SP2 PCs. I can install the agents properly, but when I initiate "Discover Software/Harware Inventory", the agent crashes. The Microsoft event browser shows that the problem is at one DLL, ntdll.dll, and at one specific memory position. With other operating systems (Windows 2000 Professional and Server) this doesn't happened. Can anybody help me?

Please check whether this is the problem with all the XP PC's or with particular PC.
Also plaese check the logs of agent on that PC. inside the Directory Novadigm.
