It would help if you told us what the fix is?

i have to apply a Fix To HPCAS 7.2 Because the patch management is taking lot of time to come up. Once HPCAS console is logged in & Patch Mangement is Click System takeup up Lot of Resources.

Yes, but what EXACTLY is the fix?
did you get it from HP Support? If so, then surely they should have told you how to apply the fix!
If you have a support case number then maybe i can take a look for you.

Currently I'm not aware of any 7.2.003 fix for CAS.

OK. You seem unable to fully answer my questions so my recommendation is that you go back to HP Support and ask them how the patch should be implemented.

I found this fix. I assume it's the same one that you refer too - CCM 7 20 003.ZIP.

In the zip is a readme.txt that states...

Installation Instructions:

1)Run the command 'net stop apache-ccmcore' to stop apache
2)Backup the file C:\Novadigm\ClientConfigurationManager\Lib\Consolemgr.kit to C:\Novadigm\ClientConfigurationManager\Lib\Consolemgr.kit.old
3)Copy the attached file Consolemgr.kit to C:\Novadigm\ClientConfigurationManager\Lib
4)Run the command 'net start apache-ccmcore' to start apache

Didn't you have this on your zip file?
