Error accessing Patch Information via Reporting

Hi,

I've encountered problem whereby unable to access patch information via reporting. The RPMDB ODBC connection was tested successful, already configure RPMDSN_PASSWD under config.tcl but no clue where the problem lies. Also, when tried to configure acquisiton settings, unable to submit the configuration.

Help is appreciated, thank you.

Re: Error accessing Patch Information via Reporting

Hi,

Have managed to figure out the where the problem lies. I shouldn't run the older version of the RPM PreReq Creation Script.sql.

Re: Error accessing Patch Information via Reporting

Retify problem after re-execute the RPM SQL PreReq Script Version 4.1 and perform database patch synchronization.
