Deleting orphan services in HPCAS 7.5

Hi all!
When I checked managed services on my HPCAS 7.5 reporting tab, I found a lot of services that comes from software that I already delete. Is there any ways to delete this orphan services?

eRoS,

Sounds like you have reporting APPEVENTs that need to be purged from the Oracle/SQL DB (as opposed to orphaned servies from the CSDB).

eRoS:
The reporting tab Services summary are based on the APPEVENT and HAPPEVENT tables in the SQL Database. If you have removed these services from your Management > Software tab using the delete option, manual cleanup is required of the database. This can be done by deleting the records from the APPEVENT table (I believe based on service_id value).

The 7.8 product we have added a foreign key to help with this, however for 7.5 you can run the following command
DELETE FROM APPEVENT WHERE SERVICE_ID = 'SERVICEIDVALUE'

DELETE FROM HAPPEVENT WHERE SERVICE_ID = 'SERVICEIDVALUE'

Replace SERVICEIDVALUE with the actual Service_id you want to delete.
