Code 901 error in CA Agent

Hello,

i integrate CM with Active directory to deploy CM Application Self-Service Manager using group poloci, it run good for some machines and generate error for other. I am getting the following error:

Unable to connect to server due to code 901.

I have looked everywhere for this error code, but cannot find anything about it. Does anyone know what it means? and how i fix?

Hi Zohair,

The error means that the registery settings are missing. Check if there was a previous version of Agent installed on the machine and was not removed correctly, this may cause the error.

ALso try to run the setup from the machine itself directly without using the AD and see what happens.

I'd like to know do you integrate with AD using script or the msi version of Agent??
