Cannot Capture OS

I used software(HP Client Automation Start & Standard 7.2). I tried to capture OS(WinXP),so after I executed prepwiz.exe. after it reboot. it cannot capture OS and show error is "Error roma.err.net info Osclone RC01 Error can’t read CFGFILE –no such available". How can I solve it?

This error generally indicates that the ROMS Server cannot be contacted or your network card is unsupported.

This can usually be remedied by updating your capture CD with the latest code (which will include the latest drivers for your NIC).
The latest can be had at the following FTP in the Boot Server and Payload 7.2 (in your case) directories:
ftp://roms_sos:sos4me@hprc.external.hp.com/

If you are running this machine on VMWare, also check your VM's vmx file for a line like this:
ethernet0.virtualDev = "vmxnet"
If it exists, remove it or change it to
ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000"

ROMS doesn't seem to like the vmxnet virtual NIC adapter.

After I try to do it. It somtimes working and still alert same error. (VMware ESX version 3.5)
