I am trying to use Patch Manager on CCM but I have problem with Patch Acquisition.When I examine job history it says successful but no patch is downloaded.I have attached my log files.I need urgent response.
The acquire log contains no errors/warnings that I can see. It does look like it is incomplete though. Has the acquire finished? It also looks like you are only trying to acquire MS06- patches. What makes you think that no patches are downloaded? Are there directories/files in the patch directory? Make sure to perform the sync process after acquisition.
Which log is this? If it's attempting to shutdown then all bets are off. Make sure the RPM is down, kill the nvdkit's if you need to, remove the logs so we get fresh ones and restart RMP. I see you have another thread open on the Infrastructure forum?
The http-3468 and acquire logs contain the information I'm looking for. IT those are the ones previously posted then that could explain the incompleteness of them. As I said this log indicates that there is a shutdown in progress. So complete the shutdown, kill all nvdkits for RPM, restart it and let's see.
