CCM Error 650 - Agent and Self Service

Couldn't access the attachment!
But 650 error typically means that there is no policy assigned to the device that is connecting to the CCM server.

So, does the client device already exist in the CCM server - can you see this in the console on Devices?
And, did you already assign some policy (software) to the device?

Yes, device already registered and it´s displayed on the console CCM.

run discover Software/Harwdware and show message:
