Application Usage Collection Failure

Dear All

I am using the new CCM 2.0

I am trying to collect information abut the usage of software resources-applications
i used the (( Discover Application Usage)) Wizard to do so but an error:

Completed on receiving synopsis object

with the code notredy

What kind of problem is this??!!

Sorry but I don't think we have enough information to assist you.
There are logs for most of the products that can offer some guidance on problem analysis.

I am having the same problem I cannot collect usage information. an i am receiving the same error code.

Did you resolve your issue?

Which log should I look into for the App usage agent?
If you can't solve it, post it :)

Hi Dear,

i would suggest you to check the following on the devices for which you want the application details to be collected.
1. OS its working on
2. Firewall setting(port 3463 and port 3466)
3. Configuration setting in CCM Server console.

Plz check all these and reply me back.
