The connect.log shows error 200 which indicates a communication failure :
Failed to connect to [tcp:DLBEASPC001:3464] SAP [First SAP RCS]
Please check the status of the RCS to which this client is attempting to connect. Is the RCS running properly? Is the server too overloaded to take this request from client and doing a pushback.
On a side note, have you configured a failover SAP so that if the communication fails with the first server, it attempts to contact the second?
Also, there is no relation with the radtray here. Radtray is a local process running at the agent machine. Connecting to it does not involve network communication.
